LF7 plans a 313-apartment building in Warsaw

LF7 has submitted an application to determine the location of a residential development under the housing special act at 112/114 Radzymińska Street in Warsaw. According to PREM, the project in the Targówek district will comprise the construction of a detached multi-family residential building with up to 313 apartments.
The ground floor will accommodate retail and service units, as well as an educational facility. The project also includes a two-level underground car park. The building will have between one and eight above-ground storeys and will range from 5.5 to 26.5 metres in height. The site of the planned development is currently occupied by a car dealership.
As part of the accompanying investment, LF7 plans to redevelop and modernise approximately 0.8 ha of Wiecha Park. The area will be transformed into a publicly accessible recreational and leisure space.
According to court registers, LF7 is affiliated with Pleiades and Hyades. Greenfields is acting as the investment adviser and is also responsible for the architectural concept.
