LPP to build a 60,000 m² logistics center in Tczew

The LPP Group has signed an agreement to purchase land from the Pomorska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna for the development of a new logistics investment in Tczew. The facility will be fully dedicated to handling the company's e-commerce operations, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027. As noted by Sebastian Sołtys, CEO of LPP Logistics, the project represents the next stage in the Group's logistics expansion and will enable the scaling of operations in line with growing online sales. The implementation of advanced technologies is expected to increase process efficiency and improve the supply chain through integration with the LPP Logistics system. The development will comprise a complex with a total area of 60,000 m², including a warehouse hall and a two-storey office and social building, with the potential for expansion to 100,000 m². The facility will become the seventh fulfillment center in the LPP Logistics portfolio.
