NDI plans to redevelop the "Riviera" student dormitory for PLN 86.1 million

NDI/NDI Sopot (PLN 86.1 million, with a budget of PLN 86.45 million gross), Unibep (PLN 88.95 million) and Budimex (PLN 107.38 million) have submitted bids in a tender conducted by the Warsaw University of Technology for the redevelopment of the cinema and auditorium hall along with accompanying facilities in Building "B" of the "Riviera" student dormitory at 12 Waryńskiego Street in Warsaw. The project concerns a building with a total area of 6,600 m² and a volume of 21,600 m³. The design documentation was prepared by Manufaktura Technologiczna. The contract is to be completed within 24 months.
