NDI wants to build UCK Pediatric Medicine Centre in Gdańsk for PLN 364.86 million.

The consortium of NDI and NDI Sopot submitted the lowest bid in the tender held by the University Clinical Centre in Gdańsk for the construction of the Pediatric Medicine Centre. The offer amounts to PLN 364.86 million gross, against the contracting authority's budget of PLN 410 million gross. Further bids were submitted by Doraco/PORR – PLN 367.60 million, Warbud – PLN 385.38 million, Adamietz/Climamedic – PLN 388.88 million, Erbud – PLN 392.27 million, Budimex – PLN 424.25 million, and Gap İnşaat Yatırım ve Dış Ticaret – PLN 591.23 million. The contract completion period has been set at 28 months. As previously reported, Arch-Deco earlier secured a PLN 10 million contract for the design of the hospital building, with a total area of 27,000-29,000 m².
