According to information gathered by PREM, Forum Gdańsk Property, a company owned by NEPI Rockcastle, is preparing to develop a hotel and office complex in Gdańsk, at the junction of 3 Maja and Hucisko streets, next to the Forum Gdańsk shopping centre. The investment will occupy one of the last undeveloped sites in the city centre and complete the urban layout of the existing complex. The planned building will comprise eight above-ground floors with a total area of approximately 35,000 m² and two underground levels covering approximately 5,000 m², accommodating parking, technical rooms and support facilities for building occupants. The above-ground floors will house a hotel and offices. The building's varying height will reflect the recommendations of the Pomeranian Provincial Heritage Conservator and preserve existing sightlines. The investor has obtained a zoning decision, allowing design work to proceed. Architectural studio Kallan is developing the concept under the direction of Rafał Langowski. The building permit application is scheduled for submission at the end of 2026, with construction expected to begin in 2027–2028 at the earliest.
