Nexus wants to build the High Technologies IT Building in Opole for PLN 57.66 million

The Science and Technology Park in Opole has opened bids in the tender for the construction of the High Technologies IT Building together with a Data Processing Centre. The contracting authority allocated PLN 58.32 million gross to finance the contract. The lowest bid was submitted by Nexus Nowe Technologie Wrocław at PLN 57.66 million, with a 120-month warranty for the precision air-conditioning system, a 120-month warranty for the backup UPS power supply system and a 120-month warranty for the entire project. Further bids were submitted by PB Baumar/PKE at PLN 69.47 million, Fast Group/Symetrium at PLN 74.40 million, WPIP Construction/AODC at PLN 74.66 million, Warbud at PLN 75.99 million and PORR at PLN 86.85 million. The contract covers the construction of a facility at Technologiczna Street with a total area of 3,700 m² and a volume of 18,600 m³. It is scheduled to be completed and put into use in May 2028.
