P.A. Nova to deliver a retail park in Piotrków Trybunalski for PLN 22 million net

P.A. Nova has secured a contract from a subsidiary of Rank Progress for the general construction of a retail park in Piotrków Trybunalski (Łódzkie Voivodeship), located at Sikorskiego Avenue. The value of the works has been set at PLN 22 million net, with completion scheduled for 15 February 2027. It is worth recalling that last year Rank Progress was reported to be obtaining administrative decisions for the development of retail facilities in Piotrków Trybunalski with volumes of 25,400 m³, 38,000 m³ and 3,500 m³, as well as an Agata furniture store (34,000 m³) and a food service building. The design documentation was prepared by B.P. Niebudek 2. Additionally, in December 2023, MKL Bau signed a contract for the construction of a Castorama hypermarket (80,000 m³) at Sikorskiego Avenue. Ultimately, Rank Progress plans to develop a retail complex with a total leasable area of 23,000 m² on the site.
