PABA Invest begins construction of Solo Resort on Lake Roś for PLN 550–600 million

According to PREM's findings, PABA Invest plans to develop the Solo Resort hotel and leisure complex in Pisz (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province), on Lake Roś. The 5.5-hectare site will accommodate three buildings with 404 rooms and apartments, alongside 65 holiday homes and villas. The total investment is estimated at PLN 550–600 million. Plans include a 4,400 m² aquatic centre, a 5,000 m² spa and wellness area, 25 conference rooms, restaurants, a sky bar, a nightclub, a bowling alley and a kids' club. A marina, a beach and recreational areas will complement the development. The first phase will comprise 65 holiday homes, spa and wellness facilities with a swimming pool, a beach bar and a marina. This part of the resort is scheduled to open in June 2028. The hotel buildings will be developed in three subsequent phases, with completion of the entire complex scheduled for 2030. Apartments and houses are being offered for sale under a condo hotel model. The developer is in talks to bring the resort under a hotel chain brand.
