PABA plans a hotel complex worth approx. PLN 600 million on 5.5 ha in Pisz

PABA Invest is preparing the construction of the five-star Solo Resort hotel and leisure complex in Pisz (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province), on Lake Roś, at an estimated cost of PLN 550–600 million. The development, on a site of approx. 5.5 ha, will comprise three hotel buildings with 404 rooms and apartments, as well as approx. 60 holiday cottages and villas. Facilities will include a water recreation centre covering approx. 4,400 m², a spa and wellness area (approx. 5,000 m²), a conference centre with 25 rooms, restaurants, a bar, a bowling alley, a nightclub, a beach and a marina. The first section is scheduled to open in June 2028, with the main hotel buildings due for completion in 2030. According to information gathered by PREM, the special-purpose company Solo Invest is linked to PABA Invest, Villanium Development and timber house manufacturer DomPol.
