Panattoni to build BTS centre for Toyota near Chopin Airport

Panattoni has launched the development of a BTS logistics centre for Toyota Logistics Services Poland in Warsaw as part of the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex. The investment will comprise nearly 20,000 m² of logistics space together with office and social facilities. Operations are scheduled to start in June 2027. The new facility will take over operations from Toyota Logistics Services Poland's current location while maintaining operational continuity and the existing workforce. The centre will primarily serve the Polish market. The project has been tailored to the tenant's operational requirements. The warehouse will include, among others, a mezzanine of approximately 4,000 m² and a dedicated zone for the safe storage of sensitive products such as oils and airbags. The building will feature energy-efficient solutions, including air-to-air heat pumps and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The choice of location was driven by the proximity to the company's current headquarters as well as convenient access to transport infrastructure and Chopin Airport.
