Pekabex to build a 13,300 m² Mosaic student residence in Poznań

Pekabex is serving as the general contractor for the Mosaic student residence, being developed by Mosaic Łacina Studentliving, part of the Mosaic World Group, near Rondo Rataje in Poznań. The project will be constructed using a prefabricated reinforced-concrete structure and three-layer wall panels.
The eight-storey building, with one underground level, will provide 528 single-occupancy student units. Its internal floor area will exceed 13,300 m², while its volume will amount to approximately 40,100 m³. The student residence is scheduled to open for the beginning of the 2028/2029 academic year.
PREM also reported in February 2026 on Develia's plans to develop a private student residence at Orląt Lwowskich Square in Wrocław. Mosaic Poland Holding is expected to be Develia's partner in the project. The development will comprise approximately 600 rooms, commercial units and parking facilities, with a usable floor area of around 11,800 m².
