PTB Nickel to prepare 3,000 m² of space for Multikino at Avenida Poznań

PTB Nickel is carrying out the comprehensive fit-out of approximately 3,000 m² of space at the Avenida Poznań shopping centre on Matyi Street. The Shell & Core space will be converted into a new Multikino multiplex comprising eight auditoriums equipped with laser projectors, panoramic screens and electrically adjustable LUX seats. The scope of work includes demolition, structural alterations, the installation of more than 34 tonnes of steelwork for an intermediate floor, the closure of approximately 100 m² of floor openings and roof upgrades. The contractor will also modify the sanitary, electrical and fire-protection systems, installing over 500 metres of sprinkler piping, 200 sprinklers, 120 voice-alarm loudspeakers and 155 fire-alarm detectors. The works are being carried out while the shopping centre remains fully operational. The cinema is scheduled to open in late 2027.
