
The Capital City of Warsaw – Ursus District has selected Rembud's offer, worth PLN 58.94 million gross, in the procedure for the implementation of stage II of the construction of the "Arsus" Cultural Centre on Gierdziejewskiego Street. The procedure also involved Baudziedzic (PLN 59.08 million), PRK 7 Nieruchomości (PLN 59.42 million), Hochtief Polska (PLN 61.46 million), Zab-Bud (PLN 63.96 million), PBO Śląsk/MTM Budownictwo (PLN 64.75 million), and NDI/NDI Sopot (PLN 64.97 million). The scope of works will include, among others, the installation of window and door joinery, finishing and installation works, façade works, roofing layers, as well as land development with infrastructure and traffic access to the facility. Let us recall that the project was designed by GiD Zespół Projektowy Grzegorz Brewczyński, while the shell structure with utility connections was carried out by PBO Śląsk. A 3-storey building is being developed, with a usable area of 5,200 m², a total area of 11,700 m² and a volume of 54,000 m³, housing, among others, an auditorium for 500 people, a cinema hall for 144 viewers, a recording studio, and art workshops. Stage II is to be completed within 36 months from the signing of the contract, with completion of construction expected in July 2029.
