Sando Office acquires Brain Park B in Kraków for €40.3m.

 Echo Investment has sold the final building of the Brain Park office complex in Kraków. The buyer of Brain Park B is Polish company Sando Office. The transaction value amounted to €40.3m. The fully leased Class A office building offers nearly 16,200 m² of space. Tenants include EPAM, Aldi, IBM, Tanium, Emitel and Rise. The property holds BREEAM Excellent, WELL Health-Safety and WiredScore Platinum certifications. The scheme was designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekci Kraków. Legal advisor to the buyer was LS-Corporate Legal Szermach, while Colliers provided transaction advisory services. Allen Overy Sherman advised Echo Investment. The deal completes the sale process of the entire Brain Park complex by Echo Investment.
