Investor Janusz Stopiak is preparing the second phase of a retail and service complex on Ludźmierska Street in Nowy Targ. The new section, offering approximately 22,000 m² of space, will be developed on the site of the current temporary parking area next to the existing 26,000 m² scheme. The project will place a strong emphasis on entertainment functions, while the commercialization level has already reached nearly 90%. The investment includes above-ground and underground parking facilities, as well as the construction of a roundabout to improve traffic access. Construction works are scheduled to begin in parallel with the reconstruction of Ludźmierska Street. It should be recalled that in July last year information emerged about efforts by Firma Handlowo-Usługowa Stopiak to obtain a permit for the development of a retail and service facility with a cubic volume of 21,100 m³ near Kowaniec Street. The documentation was prepared by Poltech (Marek Stopka). Earlier, in August 2020, we reported on plans for the "Stopiak Retail Park" project designed by BPiRI Meander. Commercialization activities were handled by Nuvalu Polska, currently operating as Coldwell Banker Commercial Nuvalu.
