Unibep bids PLN 380m to modernize and expand Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz

Unibep (PLN 379.9m vs a budget of PLN 423.9m gross) and Budimex (PLN 439.9m) have submitted bids in a tender organized by the Pomeranian Philharmonic named after Ignacy Jan Paderewski for the modernization and expansion of the facility in Bydgoszcz at 6 Szwalbego Street. The works, based on a functional program prepared by Manufaktura Technologiczna and detailed design documentation by Kozień Architekci, will cover a building with a usable area of approx. 9.8 thousand m² (12.1 thousand m² net) and a volume of 86 thousand m³. The investment is scheduled to be completed within 36 months (3 years). It should be noted that Portico Project Management is expected to supervise the project.
