At 52 Domaniewska Street in Warsaw, Uno Group is planning a multifunctional residential scheme with approx. 395-429 apartments, retail units and publicly accessible green areas. The project has been designed by Sawawa. The development is to be carried out under Poland's lex developer procedure. The concept предусматривает buildings ranging from 4 to 7 storeys, as well as an open courtyard connected to a linear park. The developer plans to plant around 60 trees and remove concrete surfaces from more than one hectare of land. The ground floors will accommodate 12 retail and service units. Three levels of the underground parking garage with approx. 426-463 parking spaces will be retained.
– "In recent years, Służewiec Przemysłowy has been successfully transforming its character, moving away from a mono-functional office district and gradually introducing a well-balanced mix of urban functions," said Adam Dąbkowski, member of the management board of Uno Group.
– "The planned buildings will be set back from the intersection and partially cantilevered in order to create a new urban square and open up the green inner courtyard of the development," commented Piotr Sawicki from Sawawa.
Uno Group also declared the implementation of accompanying infrastructure projects. The company will build a gymnasium hall and educational facilities for Primary School No. 205 at Spartańska Street, redevelop Suwak Street together with the intersection, and expand the linear park with a new public square covering approx. 2,600 m². The project received a positive opinion from the Architecture and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Warsaw. ■
