
Vanstar has acquired a site for the development of the Sekunda retail park in Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Dolnośląskie Province. The project is being prepared with the participation of Mallson Polska, which is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing strategy. The scheme provides for the construction of a retail facility with approx. 14,000 m² of leasable space, which is to become the largest complex of this type in the region. The opening is scheduled for H2 2027. The project will include more than 20 retail and service units, including a grocery discounter, a DIY store and a drive-thru restaurant, as well as parking for approx. 480 vehicles. The facility will be developed along national road No. 33, near the main junction leading to the town centre and close to railway infrastructure, enabling it to serve both local and cross-border traffic. The investment is part of the strategy to expand the Sekunda retail park network in medium-sized and smaller towns, pursued by the Quantum/Vanstar group. Recent reports have also referred to preparations for the development of a Sekunda retail park in Hajnówka, at ul. 3 Maja, as well as earlier projects in Jędrzejów and Włoszczowa.
