
Last week, bids were opened in a tender launched by Sinfonia Varsovia for the execution of Stage "B" of the modernization and expansion of the historic complex located on Grochowska Street in Warsaw. The lowest bid was submitted by Warbud S.A., amounting to PLN 651.5 million gross. Doraco offered PLN 689 million, while the consortium of Strabag / Ed. Züblin submitted a bid of PLN 783.6 million gross. The scope of the contract includes the refurbishment of two outbuildings with a total area of 11,400 m², as well as the construction of a concert hall with seating for 1,900 people and an area of approximately 30,000 m². Completion is scheduled for 2030. It is worth noting that in 2023, Doraco was selected for Stage "A", valued at PLN 117 million gross, covering the modernization of facilities with a total area of approximately 5,800 m².
