WPIP Construction to deliver a 105-room student residence in Poznań

WPIP Construction has signed a contract with GN Group to develop a PRS student housing scheme on Pułaskiego Street in Poznań. The project aligns with the growing private student accommodation sector and addresses the shortage of modern housing for students in central locations.
The scope includes the construction of a four-storey building with approximately 105 single and double rooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as extensive shared areas for study, work and social interaction. The facility will offer around 150 beds and will meet institutional rental market standards.
Completion is scheduled for September 2027. The development is located بالقرب of green areas such as Sołacz and Cytadela parks, as well as well-developed urban infrastructure.
The project marks the first phase of the "Young Living" (YL) platform, under which GN Group plans to build a portfolio of student residences in Poznań (targeting 750–1,000 beds), followed by expansion into Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Vienna. A second project in Poznań, with approximately 190 beds, is also planned.
The investor has announced the use of environmentally friendly solutions, including heat pumps and photovoltaic installations, aligning the project with sustainable construction standards and emissions reduction goals. (Source: PREM / preminwestycje)
