APA Via is supervising redevelopment of Sukcesja shopping center in Łódź
APA Via i Partnerzy is conducting investment supervision over the redevelopment of the Sukcesja shopping center, which Amush is carrying out on Politechniki Avenue in Łódź. Let us recall that the design guidelines for the modernization of common areas of the complex with an area of 120,000 sqm have been developed by MiM Twardowscy. Recommercialization of the center has been entrusted to Mallson Polska. We have reported in PREM that Amush Investment Group had purchased Sukcesja for approx. 80 million PLN. ■

Depenbrock to deliver phase I of CTPark Warsaw Janki
Depenbrock, commissioned by CTP Invest Poland, has launched the construction of Phase I of the Warsaw Janki industrial and logistics park, located in Janki near Warsaw. The project involves the development of a 13-hectare site, where facilities with a total floor area of 45,000 m² will be built. The investment includes the construction of seven CTBox-type buildings (ranging from approximately 500 m² to 1,500 m²) as well as medium-sized CTFlex modules. The architectural design was prepared by the One Architekci studio.
