Alfa-Bet to build "My Głębocka" estate for Mill-Yon in Warsaw

Alfa-Bet is carrying out the "My Głębocka" residential estate for Mill-Yon in Warsaw at ul. Głębocka. The project will involve the construction of two four-storey residential buildings comprising 115 apartments. Alfa-Bet is acting as general contractor for the scheme, which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027. We would like to recall that in May this year PREM reported on Mill-Yon's preparations for the development of a multi-family residential complex in Warsaw's Białołęka district, on a 0.6-ha property at ul. Głębocka. The design works involved Jerzy Gawroński of Zakład Usługowo-Handlowy Pro and Jolanta Bokowy of Projekt 2000.
