Dekra supports the construction of a 65,000 m² shopping centre in Góraszka

Dekra is providing support for the implementation of the Góraszka Project in Góraszka, Mazowieckie Province. Ceetrus Polska is the main investor responsible for the retail section, while Nhood Services Poland is managing the project on behalf of General Aviation. As previously reported by PREM, the development site, covering more than 18 hectares, was handed over to Infine, the general contractor responsible for the technical infrastructure and utility connections.
Dekra's scope of services includes investor supervision across all disciplines, support for the Nhood Services Poland team in selected areas of project management, quality control of the construction works, verification of compliance with the project documentation and monitoring of the investment schedule.
The current stage of the Góraszka Project comprises the construction of utility networks and technical infrastructure to prepare the site for a multifunctional retail facility with a planned area of approximately 42,000 m². The works include underground infrastructure, including a stormwater drainage system with a retention tank, a sanitary sewer system, fire-fighting and potable water installations, as well as gas, telecommunications and electrical networks, together with the expansion of the PZO substation.
The Góraszka Project will provide a total usable area of approximately 65,000 m². Completion of the current phase of works is scheduled for September 2026.
SUD Architectes is the lead designer of the development, while Gleeds Polska is also involved in the preparation of the project. PREM previously reported on cooperation with GSBK, responsible for the structural design, and Roger Preston, which prepared the mechanical and electrical systems design for the first phase of the complex.
