According to information gathered by PREM, Stalprodukt obtained a building permit in September for the first of three hotel and conference buildings planned at the junction of Wadowicka and Tischnera streets in Kraków. The permit covers a building combining conference, commercial and hotel functions, with a two-level underground car park, technical infrastructure, internal roads and landscaping. Earlier plans envisaged an 11-storey building with conference and commercial facilities on the ground floor and hotel units on the upper floors. It will be the first of three similar buildings planned within Tischnera Green Town, a mixed-use development on an approximately 8-hectare site. The original development concept also included around 2,000 units for the institutional rental market and 38,000 m² of office space. Investment in the first phase was estimated at approximately PLN 1 billion. Stalprodukt has yet to specify whether the units in the new buildings will primarily be used for long-term rental or conventional hotel operations. The complex also includes the Tischnera Green Park office building at 14 Wadowicka Street, which has been under construction since autumn 2024. It will provide approximately 24,000 m² of office space, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027. The office building was designed by Q-Arch, led by Robert Kuzianik. As PREM reported in 2024, GW Inżynieria was appointed to provide multidisciplinary investor supervision for the office development.
