Budrem is planning a shopping center in Milicz
Budrem Inwestycje i Nieruchomości is preparing to develop the "Multibox" retail park located in Milicz (Lower Silesian Voivodeship) at Powstańców Wielkopolskich Street. The project will be implemented in several phases, featuring a grocery hypermarket along with a range of service and recreational facilities, covering a total rental area of 8,000 m². The commercialization process for the complex has already been initiated, and BOIG The Blue Ocean Investment Group is responsible for its execution.

Depenbrock to deliver phase I of CTPark Warsaw Janki
Depenbrock, commissioned by CTP Invest Poland, has launched the construction of Phase I of the Warsaw Janki industrial and logistics park, located in Janki near Warsaw. The project involves the development of a 13-hectare site, where facilities with a total floor area of 45,000 m² will be built. The investment includes the construction of seven CTBox-type buildings (ranging from approximately 500 m² to 1,500 m²) as well as medium-sized CTFlex modules. The architectural design was prepared by the One Architekci studio.
