Hillwood invests in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship

APP Projekt oversees the construction of the Hillwood Poznań-Czempiń logistics complex, developed by Hillwood in Głuchowo, Czempiń municipality (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). The project includes a complex of buildings with a planned total area of 107,000 m². It is worth noting that the general contractor for the first phase (53,500 m²) is Kome Polska. The development is located near Kościańska Street, in close proximity to the S5 expressway and within a short distance of the A2 motorway. ■
