JMS has started the construction of a shopping center
JMS has been appointed as the general contractor for the shopping center that RWS Investment Group will build in Szubin (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) in the area of Sienkiewicza and Wiejska streets. The project, covering 3.5 hectares, will include two commercial-service buildings with a total area of over 8,300 m² (6,000 m² and 2,000 m²). Additionally, there will be parking spaces for 366 vehicles. It is worth mentioning that the permits were obtained by Xema, a company associated with RWS, and the project was developed by Arch Biuro Architektoniczne Tomasz Gwiazdowski.

Depenbrock to deliver phase I of CTPark Warsaw Janki
Depenbrock, commissioned by CTP Invest Poland, has launched the construction of Phase I of the Warsaw Janki industrial and logistics park, located in Janki near Warsaw. The project involves the development of a 13-hectare site, where facilities with a total floor area of 45,000 m² will be built. The investment includes the construction of seven CTBox-type buildings (ranging from approximately 500 m² to 1,500 m²) as well as medium-sized CTFlex modules. The architectural design was prepared by the One Architekci studio.
