Mirbud plans to build an office building for 119 million PLN

Mirbud has submitted the most cost-effective bid (119.2 million PLN, compared to the allocated budget of 171.3 million PLN) in a tender announced by the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Gdańsk. The procedure concerns the general contracting of the institution's new headquarters at 3 Maja Street, near Kurkowa Street. As part of the project, for which the documentation was prepared by the Demiurg design studio, a building with a total area of 17.7 thousand m² will be constructed, with 2.5 thousand m² allocated for development and a total volume of 70.7 thousand m³. The investment is scheduled for completion within 33 months (2 years and 9 months). Other companies that submitted bids in the tender include NDI (120.7 million PLN), Duna Polska (122.3 million PLN), Strabag (123 million PLN), Adamietz (126 million PLN), Budimex (127.4 million PLN), PORR (129.9 million PLN), Warbud (131.7 million PLN), Alstal Grupa Budowlana (134.7 million PLN), Polimex Infrastruktura/Polimex Mostostal (141.4 million PLN), Mostostal Warszawa (141.4 million PLN), Polska Grupa SW Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe (143.1 million PLN), Erbud (143.1 million PLN), Zakład Robót Ogólnobudowlanych Stanisław Repiński & Przedsiębiorstwo Repiński Krzysztof Repiński (154.3 million PLN), and EBS Bud (181.5 million PLN).
