JMS to construct shopping center in Krasnystaw

JMS has been appointed as the main contractor for the shopping and service center that Smart Park will build in Krasnystaw (Lublin Voivodeship) on Polewana Street (Zakręcie Kolonia area). The investment, announced in September this year, will include the construction of a complex with a rental area exceeding 4,000 m². The initial administrative permits were obtained by Netto Indygo. The architectural design was developed by If Architekci, Primes (construction), and Insen (sanitary installations). RG Leasing is also involved in the preparations for the project.
