Local government representatives have announced that Leroy Merlin has partnered with Trei Real Estate for the development of a shopping center in Bolesławiec (Lower Silesian Voivodeship) on Staroszkolna Street. As part of the investment, a 9,000 m² DIY store will be built. It is worth recalling that in October 2022, we reported on Trei Real Estate obtaining permits for the development of a nearly 7-hectare plot on Staroszkolna Street, designated for the Vendo Park retail complex, which includes a Biedronka supermarket (approximately 9,200 m² of built-up area) and a store selling construction materials (approximately 9,300 m² of built-up area—unofficially rumored to be the OBI brand). The entire development will also feature parking spaces for a total of 704 vehicles. The architectural design is handled by R2 Biuro Projektów Lesław Rubik. We previously reported on Trei Real Estate's land acquisition transaction in July 2019. ■
Depenbrock, commissioned by CTP Invest Poland, has launched the construction of Phase I of the Warsaw Janki industrial and logistics park, located in Janki near Warsaw. The project involves the development of a 13-hectare site, where facilities with a total floor area of 45,000 m² will be built. The investment includes the construction of seven CTBox-type buildings (ranging from approximately 500 m² to 1,500 m²) as well as medium-sized CTFlex modules. The architectural design was prepared by the One Architekci studio.
