Matexi will build a residential complex with 650 apartments

Matexi Polska plans to start construction of the first phase (103 apartments) of the Splot Wola residential complex in Warsaw at 28 Sowińskiego Street by the end of this year. The project, announced in January, will ultimately consist of approximately 650 units. The design work is being carried out by HRA Architekci. It is worth noting that in October 2022, Matexi Polska won an auction conducted by Poczta Polska for the sale of a property located at the intersection of Sowińskiego and Wolska streets in Warsaw. The developer offered 113.3 million PLN for the 2.4-hectare site, while the starting price was set at 110 million PLN.
