R4R prepared construction of aparthotel with 300 units in Kraków

A subsidiary of R4R Poland from the Echo Investment group is conducting administrative procedures, concerning construction of an apart-hotel complex on Jana Pawła II Street in Kraków. The enterprise is to entail the construction of buildings with 296 apartments with a cubature of over 41,000 meters³. Design works have been carried out by Saran Architekci. Let us recall that in December 2020, we reported that Echo Investment purchased a property with an area of 9,400 sqm on Jana Pawła II Street in Kraków for the construction of the Resi4Rent apart-hotel complex. ■
