Smart Park will build retail park with area of 4,000 sqm in Władysławowo

Smart Park Polska has secured a property, located in Władysławowo near Ciechanów (Mazowieckie Province), in the vicinity of the existing shopping center. The planned investment will entail the construction of a retail park with an area of 4,000 sqm. The partner of the enterprise is RG Leasing. Let us recall that in May 2020, we reported that BOK Poland was obtaining permits for a retail outlet with a cubature of 12,000 meters3 in Władysławowo, in the vicinity of MMG Centers Ciechanów. Design works were being carried out in collaboration with Aw-Projekt. Meanwhile, in December 2017, we reported that Master Management Group (MMG) was planning to extend the MMG Centers Ciechanów complex (formerly Marcredo) by 3,000 sqm (up to nearly 18,000 sqm). ■
